Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr lost 3-1 to Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Arabian Super Cup semi-final. The Portuguese star’s second match with the new side ended in defeat as he failed to register his name on the score sheet in the match.

Al-Nassr played so badly that they could not do anything serious during the game. Ronaldo himself had limited chances in front of the goal.

The only positive aspect of the game for Ronaldo was the welcome he received from the local fans.

Though Cristiano played the full 90 minutes but could not cap it up with a goal. Anderson Talisca, on the other hand, scored the only goal for his side during the encounter, but goals from Romarinho, Abderrazak, and Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti made the difference in the game.

This result means that Al-Ittihad will face Al-Feihad in the final, with the latter causing a huge surprise by beating the pre-tournament favorites, Al-Hilal.
