This is the first time Actress Nia Long is in the news for the wrong reason, and shockingly it’s not because of what she did. She made the news because of the cheating scandal with her longtime partner, Celtics Coach Ime Udoka.

Now, the news is all over social media platforms, where many are asking, “How could you cheat on Nia Long?”

However, based on the accusation of the Nigerian man in engaging in an “improper intimate and consensual relationship” with a female staff member, the delectable actress on Wednesday responded to the firestorm with a cryptic video via her Instagram stories.

According to the New York Post, the video was initially shared on September 9 by the healing and wellness-based account Omology. It featured sunlight hitting trees in a lush forest with an accompanying message focused on finding light after “darkness.”

“When you see people change their whole life and start walking down a path of enlightenment, hugging trees, connecting with nature, loving themselves, embracing positivity, letting that light shine, understand one thing: that light that you see, understand one thing about that light: they had to go into the darkness to get it. No shadow, no light, know shadow, know light,” the video said.
