Singer Kizz Daniel, the Buga crooner, arrested in Tanzania [Video]

Singer and songwriter Oluwatobiloba Daniel, aka Kizz Daniel, has been allegedly arrested in Tanzania for not showing up for a paid concert in the country.

Fans gathered at the venue waiting for him to show up and perform his popular Buga song and other songs but were disappointed when the singer did not turn up. However, to register their displeasure, they trashed the place and left in anger, as seen in viral videos posted online.

Kizz Daniel was supposed to perform at the Warehouse, Old Nextdoor Arena in Tanzania, on Sunday night, as part of his Afro Classic World Tour.

After the scenario of the fans trashing the event venue, another video surfaced on Twitter showing the Buga crooner wearing a hooded jacket walking into a police vehicle in the company of some officers.

In the video, voices of angry fans could be heard in the background registering their displeasure at the Nigerian singer.

One of the voices distinctly said, “You will go in for it. You’ve caused damage in this country. I warned you yesterday.”

However, the singer is yet to address the situation, but his fans have reacted negatively concerning his attitude.

A tweep, @poojamedia, said, “Kizz Daniel does it in Nigeria, arrives late for shows & na beg he go just beg. E don carry Naija mentality enter Tanzania, dem don arrest am.”

Another tweep, @olamideofficial said, “The last time I said Kizz Daniel needs to fix up. Some people came for my head. Here we are again. Talent is never enough. If there is something causing these constant issues, it needs to be fixed.”
