It's 2022, and the keyword is wireless. The convenience of wireless speakers cannot be overemphasized.

If you are a techie and music enthusiast, you would understand clearly. Today we are talking about the three new Sony Wireless speakers just introduced to the market. Sony as a company is not a newbie for innovative and quality products.

The company added three new wireless speakers to their long list of products which include:

  • SRS-XG300

  • SRS-XE300

  • SRS-XE200

These three sound bad boys are Sony X-Balanced non-circular speaker units with dual passive radiators. Of the trio, the largest is the XG300 which measures 318 x 138 x 136 mm and weighs 3kg. The XG300 delivers 25 hours of playtime and features crazy LED lighting effects. Next is the XE300, which delivers 24 hours of playtime with a 10-minutes turbo charge. The smallest of the lot is non-other than the XE200, which offers around 16 hours of playtime.

Whichever one you get out of the three is equipped with IP67 water and dust resistance. All the speakers have multipoint connection features and can link up to two devices via Bluetooth 5.2. The speakers also support Google Fast Pair. They all have support for SBC, AAC, and LDAC audio codecs for sound. The trio's Echo Cancelling feature makes for optimal voice capture. Each of the speakers features a manual switch for an in-built microphone. The built-in microphone helps you quickly mute the music and pick quick calls.

With all these juicy packages, you would think it's finished. No, not quite; you know power is important to every device, and that's why Sony takes an extra step in ensuring you keep enjoying your device for longer. The speakers come with Sony Battery Care features via the company's Music Center app to keep the speakers' batteries from the risk of overcharge. The benefit of battery overcharge prevention is that it makes the batteries last longer.

The speakers are available in different colors. While the Sony SRS-XG300 is available in grey and black, the SRS-XE300 comes in grey, black and blue colors. Finally, the Sony XE200 will come in grey, black, orange, and blue. Start making your plans to get any of these speakers because Sony will officially place the speakers on the market from July. Since the speakers have different capabilities, you should also expect a price variation.
