Judy Austin, Yul Edochie's second wife, says she has taken his surname

Yul Edochie, Nollywood star's second wife, Judy Austin Moghalu, has revealed that she has officially taken Yul's surname.

Judy disclosed this via her official Instagram page on Friday, June 17, 2022.

"Her Excellency Judy Austin Yul-Edochie. Thanking God for his numerous blessings. Have a beautiful day bunnies," she wrote.

Recall that Yul Edochie on Wednesday, April 27, 2022,  disclosed his new family via social media.

However, the action was welcomed with strong criticism by many including May, his first wife, who then called him out.

Yul subsequently shared a photo of May, his first wife, describing her as his 'number one and undisputed.' 

Recently the actor shared a post via his official Instagram page, which he revealed that marrying a second brought blessings to him.

"God works in mysterious ways. Marrying a 2nd wife has brought me blessings and also elevated my two lovely wives. Sometimes it takes the things we see as disappointments to happen for elevation to come," he wrote.

"It happened many times in the bible, just like the case of Joseph. I’m a man after God’s heart. I'm like King David in the bible. I communicate with my God and He guides me every day.''

The Nollywood actor disclosed that he would not have been able to handle the two wife matter with his first wife at the beginning but has since resolved it.

"I wronged my wife May from the way I went about it, and I have apologized to her sincerely from the bottom of my heart, but in the eyes of God, things are different. God blesses differently. His ways are not our ways," he added.

The actor have been married with his first wife May for sixteen years and they are blessed with four children.
