Kanayo O. kanayo advises as he drinks soup from plate –“Stop forming when you arrive your village, be local”

In Nigeria, the Yuletide period is always accompanied with lots of travels, with the likes of Nollywood legend, Kanayo O. Kanayo and his colleagues finding their way to their respective ancestral homes after a long time away.

Finding amusement in the wide practice wherein Nigerians tend to abandon the culture they grew up in whenever they visit their ancestral homes, the veteran actor shared an hilarious advice.

While drinking and licking soup from a plate, the movie legend advised saying, “Stop forming when you arrive your village, be local. Don’t tell me you are a Lagos big boy or Abuja big boy, we drink and lick soup from a plate.”
