President Muhammadu Buhari has left Nigeria on a peace trip to Bamako, Republic of Mali.
Some ECOWAS leaders led by President Mahamadou Issoufou of Niger Republic, agreed to meet in Mali to engage in further consultations towards finding a political solution to the crisis in the country, Bashir Ahmad tweeted via his official Twitter handle.
