Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, gives Akpabio 48 hours to disclose contract beneficiaries in the Lower Chambers.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Honourable Femi Gbajabiamila, has give the Honourable Minister of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Senator Godswill Akpabio, 48hours in which to make public the names of Reps members who are the beneficiaries of many of the contracts awarded by the Commission, following Akpabio's allegation Monday.
The Minister of Niger Delta, had on Monday during the House of Representatives Committee probe of corruption allegation in the NDDC, alleged that Members of the House of Assembly are the major beneficiaries of the contracts from the Commission.
Against this background, the Speaker has demanded that the names of these beneficiaries be made public by the Honourable Minister.
