Nigeria Lawmaker in House of Representatives from Niger State, Jafaru Iliyasu Auna passes on.
According to a Daily Trust report, the Lawmaker died at Maitama General Hospital on Monday morning following a brief illness.
A Lawmaker from Niger State, Sa’idu Musa Abdullahi confirming his death said the deceased came back from a trip to Lagos on Sunday night and died early Monday morning .
The cause of death of the Lawmaker was not however disclosed.
The report added that until his death, he was the lawmaker representing Rijau/Magama Federal Constituency of Niger State.
