Basketmouth reveals there is no beef or rivalry between him & his colleague AY Makun

Popular Nigerian comedian Bright Okpocha, aka Basketmouth, has made it clear that there is no beef or rivalry between him and colleague AY Makun.

The talented comedian was recently a guest at Cool FM 96.9’s The Midday Oasis hosted by presenters Do2dtun and Kemi Smallz.

Fielding a question about godfatherism and cliques in the comedy industry, Basketmouth explained that it was only natural for people to be more comfortable around some people than others.

He drew an analogy from when people are much younger and are often inclined to become closer friends with some people more than others, probably because they live in the same environment or see each other often.

Basketmouth explained that the same scenario is obtainable in the comedy industry and it has nothing to do with beef.

Explaining further, the comedian noted that he has heard a lot of comments from people saying that he does not hang out with AY or move around with him.

Basketmouth made it clear that the situation is entirely different. He said as a matter of fact he still spent some time with AY some days ago and they had drinks together.
