The Alarming Issues Of Paternity Fraud In Nigeria

Paternity Fraud
Looking critically into the world today, analyst have it that the rate of paternity fraud is almost at its peak.

News have it that Nigeria and Jamaica are the two leading country battling this.

One may ask, "what is Paternity Fraud"?
In a lay man understanding, its simply transferring the legitimate father of a child to another.

In most cases, women are often aware that the presumed biological father is not the father. This false pretences is claimed to be common among Nigerian women by a Fallacious Durex Survey.

In a nutshell, I beg to differ, with the Durex Survey, it is pertinent to note that the paternity fraud case is a world issue and not limited to only Nigeria and Jamaica, hence not disputing the issue of paternity fraud in Nigeria.

A fictitious DNA expert from the reputable (Lagos university teaching hospital) asserts that 30% of Nigeria men are not the biological father of all the children in their custody.

My take on this, is for us not to undermine the carelessness attributed to our hospitals today, I will proffer a proper survey to ascertain the validity of this research.

One may ask, what prompts paternity fraud in Nigeria, it is imperative to point out that the following are the major reasons for this:

Infidelity, adultery, lack of contentment (baby mama saga), also to add to this point, we have nonchalance in our hospitals,(cases of mix ups in maternity hospitals).
