Last Wednesday, Professor Mahmoud Yakubu, the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was invited by the House of Representatives committee to defend his budget for the 2019 General Election.

The INEC N6billion budget to feed Policemen during the elections triggered a lot of scrutiny from the Lawmakers, seeking to be convince that the INEC would feed Policemen with N6billion in such a short period.
