Mammoth Crowd Welcome Rotimi Amaechi To Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State

The Minister Of Transportation, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi was given a great reception by a mammoth crowd at Opobo/Nkoro, the locality of DG, NIMASA, Dr. Dakuku Adolphus Peterside.

The occasion is a grand reception in honour of his well deserved appointment as the minister of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Information at our disposal reveals that the Governor of Rivers State, Governor Wike is said to have chosen the same day to hold a meeting with Opobo Chiefs and people in Government House, Port Harcourt.
It was reported that the governor has threatened to withdraw the Certificate of Recognition for any government recognized Chief who attends the Free Rivers program in Opobo/Nkoro.
