Man Who Feigned Madness, Caught With Charms, POS And Live Tortoise In Lagos

An Instagram user simply identified as #ideraposh today shared a story of a man who feigned madness. 
The sharer disclosed that the alleged mad man was caught with charms, POS and a Tortoise, which he uses for obvious ritual business.
The said mad man was arrested around Adegbola Street, in Anifowose area of Ikeja, Lagos.
