Nigerian governor Rochas Okorocha was amazed beyond words as he watched with bewilderment #Swaziland women perform topless at the #Carnivalcalabar2017.
From all indications, the Governor of Imo State could not believe what his eyes is seeing, however it is part of the culture of the #Swaziland women to dance topless.
