Demolition Of Illegal Structures In Awka By Anambra Government Commences

The Anambra State Government has commenced the demolition of illegal structures in Awka, the State capital.
Sources from Anambra Broadcasting Service disclosed that the owners of the illegal structures were forewarned before the demolition.
Illegal structures has become a menace in our society as they distort town planning. Even some of the illegal structures block drainage channels causing unprecedented floods.
