Peace Advocacy and Youth Empowerment in the Barracks (PAYEB) projects is an initiatives of Achieving Greatness Limited and Initiatives for Sustainable Peace and Entrepreneurship Development(ISPED) supported by the 9 Mechanized Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria.
The initiatives objective is to provide an avenue for the youth of the Nigerian Army Barracks to embrace peace related activities while at the same time being empowered with career to enable them create wealth of there own and become employers of labour in the society.
The projects will be carried out according to the co-coordinator of PAYEB, Mr Emmanuel Ojibo in the three Barracks under the 9 Mechanized Brigade - (Ikeja, Ikorodu and Ojo)
