Breaking: Buhari Goes on leave Again

Nigerian President, President Buhari embarks on a 10-day leave as the Vice President, Osibanjo  serves as Acting President, according to News24.

The 10- day leave of Mr President will start  Monday, January 23 and end on February 6, 2017.

According to News24, Buhari has already sent a letter to the senate, which was read  by the senate president Bukola Saraki on the floor of the Senate  during the Thursdays’ plenary

The letter read, “In compliance with Section 145 (1) of the 1999 constitution as amended, I wish to inform the Distinguished Senate that I will be away n a short medical vacation from Monday January, 23 to February 6th, 2017 and while I am away, the Vice President (Osinbajo) will perform the functions of my office.

“Please, accept, as always assurances of my highest esteemed consideration.”
