Nollywood actress Bolaji Ogunmola has offered insight into her decision to keep her romantic life away from the public eye, explaining that privacy remains important to her as she considers the possibility of marriage and a future partner.

The actress shared her thoughts while appearing on Morayo Afolabi-Brown’s show, where she spoke about her personal life and the reasons she prefers not to disclose details about her relationship status.

Ogunmola explained that although she is content with her life, she is also conscious of the kind of person she may eventually build a relationship with. 

According to her, a potential partner should not be forced to deal with the level of public attention that can come with being associated with a celebrity.

For the actress, maintaining boundaries is not necessarily an indication that something is wrong. Rather, she views it as a way of protecting the personal aspects of her life from unnecessary public scrutiny.

She noted that anyone she eventually marries would have their own circumstances and choices, and she would not want to expose that person to a lifestyle they did not deliberately choose. 

Her position reflects the challenges public figures can face when private relationships become subjects of public discussion.

Ogunmola’s comments also highlight the growing conversation among Nigerian celebrities about maintaining a balance between their careers and personal lives.
