Hollywood actor Tobey Maguire, best known for playing Spider-Man, has officiated the wedding of his former wife, Jennifer Meyer, who married Geoff Ogunlesi, son of Nigerian billionaire businessman Adebayo Ogunlesi, in Hawaii.
The ceremony was held on Saturday at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, where Maguire stood before the couple as Meyer exchanged vows with the celebrity jeweller. His presence at the event attracted attention, particularly because his divorce from Meyer was finalised only weeks before the wedding.
Photographs from the ceremony showed the actor taking on the role of officiant as Meyer said “I do” to her new husband. The occasion also brought together their children, Otis and Ruby, who attended the celebration and witnessed their mother’s marriage.
