Osimhen and partner welcome second child as Galatasaray celebrates new arrival
Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has another reason to celebrate away from the football pitch after welcoming his second child with his partner, Stefanie Kim Ladewig.
The Nigerian international and his partner have reportedly welcomed a baby girl, named Liora Audrey, bringing fresh excitement to their family.
The announcement was shared by Turkish giants Galatasaray through their official communication channels on Thursday, October 29, as the club joined in celebrating the special moment in the striker's personal life.
In its congratulatory message, Galatasaray wrote:
“Our Football A Team player Victor Osimhen and Stefanie have welcomed a baby girl into the world.
“We congratulate the couple, Victor and Stefanie; we wish their newborn baby Liora Audrey a long, healthy and happy life!”
The announcement quickly attracted attention from football supporters, particularly Nigerian fans who have continued to follow Osimhen's career and achievements both on and off the pitch.
The latest arrival makes the 27-year-old striker a father of two. He and Stefanie are already parents to a daughter, Hailey True, making the birth of Liora Audrey another memorable chapter in their family journey.
Interestingly, the happy development comes amid Osimhen's demanding football schedule with Galatasaray. The forward has become an important figure at the Turkish club, where expectations remain high following his impressive performances.
Reports also indicated that Osimhen remained in Istanbul to spend time with his family rather than travel with his teammates to Konya ahead of their league meeting with Konyaspor.
The decision highlights the importance of family during a period when professional footballers often face demanding schedules, frequent travel and intense competition.
For Osimhen, whose career has taken him across several European leagues before establishing himself as one of Nigeria's leading football exports, the arrival of another child offers a special moment to cherish outside the spotlight of the game.
While fans are accustomed to celebrating his goals, performances and achievements on the pitch, this latest development has given supporters another reason to congratulate the Super Eagles star.
Congratulations have continued to pour in as the Osimhen household welcomes its newest member.
