Lizzy Anjorin Tackles Iyabo Ojo Over Money Sprayed At Zlatan’s Wedding

Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has criticised her colleague Iyabo Ojo over the money reportedly sprayed on her during singer Zlatan’s wedding, arguing that she should have returned the cash to the celebrant if she was not in need of it.

Lizzy believes that guests who receive money at parties should not necessarily take everything home, particularly when they are financially comfortable. In her view, returning the money to the person hosting the celebration or sharing it with the entertainers would have been a better way to handle it.

The actress questioned why someone who is not struggling financially would choose to keep money sprayed on them at an event. She suggested that such money could be put to better use by giving it back to the celebrant or using it to appreciate the musicians performing at the party.

Speaking about the issue, Lizzy said:

“If truly they sprayed that money on Iyabo Ojo at Zlatan’s wedding and she’s not h&ngry, the right thing she she was supposed to do is surrender it to the celebrant.

When you go to a party, it takes a p00r person to go home with the money that they sprayed you.

If truly you’re not br0ke, you’re supposed to give the money back to the celebrant or use it to put a smile on the musicians’ faces.

Whatever you take to party must not leave the party with you. You can retain a bale of ₦50k or ₦100k so that when you’re going, you can bless some physically challenged people or area boys outside the venue...”

Lizzy Anjorin and Iyabo Ojo have been at loggerheads for years, with the two actresses frequently exchanging words over their bitter feud. Their disagreement has played out publicly on several occasions, and they have continued to take shots at each other over the years.

Lizzy’s latest comments about the money sprayed on Iyabo at Zlatan’s wedding bring their strained relationship back into focus. She questioned why Iyabo would take the money home if she was not financially struggling, insisting that she should have returned it to the celebrant or used it to appreciate the musicians at the event.

Lizzy also stated that some of the money could have gone to people in need outside the venue. Her remarks come as another criticism directed at Iyabo, adding to the history of public disagreements between the actresses.
