“Why Is There No Roof?” —Jarvis Questions Peller Over Unfinished House Gifted By Ochacho

Peller’s house gift from businessman King Ochacho became a subject of discussion after his wife, Jarvis, took a closer look at the property and questioned how far construction had actually gone.

Peller had asked Jarvis how she felt about the house, apparently expecting her reaction after seeing the property. However, instead of simply commenting on the gift itself, Jarvis drew attention to the unfinished parts of the building, particularly the absence of a roof.

She questioned why the house still appeared to be far from completion, especially after being told that work on the property was already close to the final stage.

“Why is there no roof on the house? I thought he said the house was almost complete. Looking at it, it will still take months to finish. This is not how they explained it to us.”

Jarvis’ observation focused on the physical state of the building. From her perspective, the property still had significant work left to be done, making her question the earlier description of the house as being almost finished.

Her comment came after Peller had been gifted the property by King Ochacho. The house was presented to Peller as a wedding gift, with the businessman handing over the property to the content creator during his wedding celebration.

Although the value of the property has been put at around ₦400 million, the conversation this time was less about its reported worth and more about its current condition. Jarvis appeared particularly concerned about the amount of construction that still needed to be completed before the house could be fully ready.

The absence of a roof was one of the first things she noticed, leading her to question whether the timeline given for completing the property was realistic. Her comment also suggested that what she saw on the ground did not match what had previously been communicated to them about the stage of construction.

Peller’s question to Jarvis had initially opened the door for her to share her thoughts on the house, but her response quickly turned into an assessment of the building itself. Rather than focusing on the excitement surrounding the gift, she pointed out what she believed were obvious signs that construction was still ongoing.

For now, the property remains unfinished, with more work expected before it is ready for full use. Jarvis’ remarks simply highlighted the difference between the expectation that the house was nearly completed and what she observed when she saw it herself via video.
