Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye takes on a psychologically intense role in the new movie, In Her Head, which premiered on September 16, 2026.
The film, now available to viewers on the NollyFamily TV YouTube channel, centres on Cora, a woman whose perception of love and relationships becomes increasingly difficult to separate from reality. Victory Michael also stars in the movie, which explores obsession, emotional attachment and the consequences of becoming consumed by an imagined relationship.
Directed around a storyline that keeps viewers questioning what is real, In Her Head presents Cora as someone who firmly believes she is involved in a deep and active relationship with a man. Her conviction is so strong that she behaves as though the relationship is an established reality, despite indications that the man does not share the same feelings or understanding.
Cora’s behaviour becomes increasingly extreme as she seeks the attention of the man she believes is her partner. In one striking part of the story, she turns up at his home at about 2am, demonstrating just how far she is willing to go to maintain what she believes is their relationship.
Her determination does not end there. Even after the man changes his locks, Cora manages to bypass the new security measures and gain access to his home. The sequence adds another layer of tension to the film while showing how deeply she has become attached to her perception of the relationship.
The actions immediately raise questions about the nature of Cora’s connection with the man and whether the relationship exists outside her own mind.
