The name King Ochacho has been making waves across social media following the lavish wedding gift he presented to popular TikTok creator Peller, whose real name is Habeeb Hamzat, and his wife, Jarvis, born Elizabeth Amadou.

Ochacho attracted widespread attention after gifting the couple a brand-new mansion reportedly worth ₦400 million at his luxury Palace 7 development in Life Camp, Abuja.

The value of the gift quickly became a major talking point online, particularly after Ochacho appeared on a livestream and described ₦400 million as “₦400 naira” to him and his family. His comment further fueled public curiosity about the businessman behind the King Ochacho persona and the source of his wealth.

King Ochacho is identified as Mohamed Odeh Adah, an Abuja-based businessman and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Ochacho Group.

His business interests are largely built around real estate, with Ochacho Real Homes developing residential and commercial properties in different parts of the Federal Capital Territory.

His wider business interests reportedly extend into areas including finance, private aviation and agriculture.

According to the account surrounding his rise, Ochacho was born in Kaduna State in 1977 and grew up in different parts of Benue State.

He studied Economics at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Before establishing himself in the property industry, he reportedly worked as a manual labourer and was involved in smaller commercial ventures.

These early experiences are often presented as part of the foundation for his later expansion into large-scale real estate.

The decision to gift Peller and Jarvis the mansion was also reportedly influenced by Ochacho’s family. He explained that his sons are fans of Peller and admire his content and influence among young Nigerians.

Their admiration reportedly encouraged him to make the generous gesture to the newly married couple.

Beyond his business activities, Ochacho has also been associated with investments and development projects in his home community of Otukpo, Benue State.

He has reportedly invested in hospitality and infrastructure projects, including a five-star hotel, community electrification efforts and other initiatives aimed at supporting development in the area.

His connection to Nigeria’s entertainment industry has also helped place him in the public spotlight. Ochacho has been linked socially with prominent personalities including Davido, Obi Cubana and entertainment executive Soso Soberekon.

His relationships with figures in entertainment have strengthened his connection with Nigeria’s fast-growing celebrity and social media culture.

Despite his public image of luxury, expensive cars and extravagant gifts, family remains an important part of Ochacho’s story.

He is married to Queen Ramatu Mohammed Adah, and the couple have five children. He has often linked his business ambitions and philanthropic activities to the desire to create a lasting legacy for his family and community.

The recent ₦400 million wedding gift has therefore placed King Ochacho at the centre of public attention, but the story behind the viral gesture points to a businessman whose interests extend beyond a single headline.

His rise combines real estate, family influence, community investment and a strong connection to Nigeria’s entertainment culture, making him one of the more recognisable business personalities currently attracting attention online.
