Portable Hints At Rift With Ashabi Over Alleged Movie Threesome

Controversial Nigerian singer Portable has stirred reactions online after making remarks that many social media users believe were directed at one of his baby mamas, actress Ashabi Simple.

The singer shared the comments in a video posted on his Instagram story while celebrating the naming ceremony of his newborn son, identified as Fijabi, also known as Omo Badmus.

During the video, Portable expressed appreciation for his wife, Bewaji, while suggesting that another woman allegedly attempted to disrupt his family.

Although he did not directly mention anyone’s name, his statements quickly sparked speculation online because of references linked to the movie industry.

“Today is my baby’s naming ceremony, Fijabi, my son Omo Badmus. Bewaji no get competition. Someone is doing a threesome, is that part of theatre, or are you using it to act in a movie?” he said.

The singer further praised his wife for standing by him and thanked God for preserving his home and relationship despite challenges.

“Thank you, God, that you didn’t allow me to be the wrong woman at home. Thank God that I didn’t lose my home because of someone. They have used you in the industry. Thank God,” Portable added.

Following the viral clip, many social media users linked the comments to Ashabi Simple because she is involved in Nollywood productions and has previously been associated with the singer publicly.

The video has since generated mixed reactions online, with fans debating whether Portable intentionally targeted the actress or was merely speaking generally about relationships and loyalty.

Portable is widely known for frequently making controversial statements on social media, often drawing attention with public outbursts involving his personal life, relationships, and industry colleagues.
