Celebrity chef Hilda Baci has shared a personal reflection on how she navigates love and relationships, offering insight into what she values emotionally and practically when it comes to a partner.

In her words, cooking is not just a professional skill or daily routine it is a deeply personal expression of care. She described it as something she naturally leans into when she wants to show affection to people close to her.

“My friends would tell you how Hilda would show you love is that she’ll send you food, she’ll cook for you,” she said, pointing out that those around her already associate her with thoughtful food gestures and generosity in the kitchen.

She further explained that her approach to love is not restricted by time or convenience. Even in unexpected moments, she is willing to show up for the people she cares about through meals prepared with intention. “You can wake me up in the middle of the night and say, Babe I want a donut or I want meatpie and I’m flying to the kitchen to make it for you. So that’s like my thing,” she added.

While she takes pride in her ability to cook for others, she also expressed what she desires in return from a partner. Her preference is not centered on culinary ability, but rather on simple gestures that reflect care in a different form.

“For me, I want a man that can order food for me. If you don’t have a problem ordering me food, I’m in love. My man, I could cook for him and he would order me something to eat.”

Her comments reflect a relationship philosophy built around balance and mutual effort. Rather than expecting identical roles, she emphasizes complementary actions where she expresses love through cooking, and her partner responds through equally thoughtful gestures.

In her view, love does not have to be complicated or defined by traditional expectations. Instead, it can be found in everyday exchanges, especially those involving attention, consideration, and the willingness to make each other comfortable in simple ways.
She maintains that what matters most is not who does the cooking, but how both partners consistently show up for each other in ways that feel genuine and natural to them.
