Reality TV personality Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, widely known as Phyna, has addressed the wave of criticism trailing her recent cosmetic surgery announcement. The Big Brother Naija Level Up champion had openly shared that she underwent a 360 liposuction alongside a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), a decision that quickly stirred conversations across social media.
