Nollywood actress Bimbo Ademoye has opened up about a nerve-racking parasailing experience she shared with her close friend and colleague, Adesua Etomi-Wellington — and according to her, it is an adventure she has no plans of repeating.
Taking to social media, Bimbo posted a video capturing moments from their thrilling outing. What was meant to be a fun, scenic ride above the water quickly turned into a dramatic episode for the actress, who was visibly overwhelmed while suspended high in the air.
In the now-viral clip, Bimbo could be seen panicking as they soared across the sky. Though securely harnessed, she appeared frightened by the height and unpredictability of the activity. At some point during the ride, she began praying fervently, clearly shaken by the intensity of the experience.
Sharing her candid reaction afterward, the actress humorously declared that she would no longer be accepting any adventure proposals from Adesua.
“Let it be known that if Adesua Etomi-Willington ever says let’s go on an adventure, my answer is NEVER !!! My life flashed right before my eyes! I saw Stars, I saw heaven! Never Again!”.
Her dramatic recount of the moment sparked laughter among fans, many of whom praised her honesty and relatable fear of extreme activities. While parasailing is often marketed as an exciting and liberating experience, Bimbo’s reaction reflected the reality that not everyone is built for high-altitude thrills.
Despite the scare, the bond between the two actresses remains as strong as ever. Bimbo and Adesua have maintained a close friendship over the years, frequently expressing admiration and affection for each other both publicly and privately.
