Nigerian music sensation Asake has once again found himself at the center of online conversations after videos surfaced showing him praying inside the famous Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Medina.

The clips, which quickly began circulating on social media, captured the singer entering the mosque while being accompanied by a man who appeared to be guiding him through the busy worship area.

The man held tightly onto the singer’s hand as they walked through the crowd of worshippers gathered inside the sacred mosque.

What particularly caught the attention of viewers was where Asake was eventually taken.

According to reports accompanying the viral videos, the guide led the “Mr Money” crooner to a highly revered prayer location connected to Muhammad. The area is widely considered a special spot within the mosque and holds deep historical and spiritual importance for Muslims around the world.

Once they reached the location, the Nigerian star quietly knelt down and offered prayers.

The saying that it pays to be a celebrity is true, as Nigerian singer and rapper Ahmed Ololade, better known as Asake, has received special treatment at a Mosque in Medinah.

In videos captured online, the Mr Money singer was allowed to perform prayers at the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) favorite spot in the Holy Mosque.

In the clip, Asake was seen entering the mosque with a man who held tightly to his hands. The man took him to Prophet Muhammad’s favorite spot where he knelt to pray.

The moment has sparked a wave of reactions online, especially because it comes months after the singer publicly hinted at embracing Islam.

Fans had earlier speculated about his religious journey after he reportedly announced his conversion, a move that generated discussions among followers and entertainment observers.

For many fans, the recent video from Madinah appears to reflect that spiritual path. Some social media users described the moment as inspiring, while others simply expressed excitement at seeing the award-winning artist experiencing a deeply personal and spiritual moment at one of Islam’s most important religious sites.

Although Asake has not officially commented on the viral footage, the clips have continued to gain attention, adding another interesting chapter to the singer’s evolving public image one that now blends global music fame with a growing interest in faith and spirituality.
