Maggi’s much-loved television series, Tales of Ramadan, returns for a fresh second season, inviting audiences once again to experience intimate stories shaped by love, faith, and the everyday rhythms of life during the holy month.


 The series, which has built a loyal following across Nigeria and beyond, continues to air on popular platforms including Zee World, Africa Magic, and NTA, remaining committed to telling human stories rooted in Northern Nigeria.


The new season, comprising six episodes, expands the world of Tales of Ramadan with new characters, deeper emotional arcs, and more layered storytelling. 


Each episode explores the complexities of family, friendship, and belief, providing viewers with narratives that are both relatable and moving. 


The series strikes a delicate balance between moments of quiet reflection and heightened drama, capturing the unique spirit of Ramadan while highlighting universal themes that resonate with audiences across cultures.


Directors Orire Nwani and Adeniyi J. Omobuleijo, also known as Irora Iya, bring a refined creative vision to the series, ensuring each story is told with authenticity and emotional depth. 


Their collaboration has allowed the series to maintain its signature style, blending culturally rich storytelling with contemporary production values.


Tales of Ramadan 2 features an impressive cast that includes Lucy Ameh, Sani Muazu, Saeed Mohammed (Funky Mallam), Abba Alli Zaky, Farida Abdullahi, Yakubu Mohammed, Rabiatu Suleiman, and Chidinma Ugwu. 

Their performances bring warmth, sincerity, and nuance to each episode, making the characters’ experiences feel genuine and relatable to viewers.


Produced by Josh Olaoluwa, Goodness Emmanuel, and Hope Eniayekan under the banner of Conceptified Media, the series benefits from a strong production team. Cinematographer Timmy Davies captures the visual richness of Northern Nigeria, while Tomi Folowosele returns as Head Writer, weaving together stories that are both emotionally resonant and culturally grounded.
