Veteran Nollywood actor Victor Eriabie has died at the age of 63. The actor reportedly passed away in the early hours of February 17, bringing an end to a career that spanned decades in Nigeria’s film and media industry.
Eriabie was widely known for his contributions to Nollywood in the 1990s and early 2000s, a period often described as the formative years of the modern Nigerian film industry.
He gained prominence through his role in the movie series Izozo, a production that addressed the sensitive and pressing issue of women trafficking.
