Nigerian content creator Kolu has reportedly been arrested in the United Kingdom following an altercation with UK immigration officials, sparking widespread reactions across social media.

“I already explained to Kolu that he is going to the UK on my name, and if he does not come back to Nigeria, it is going to have a huge effect on me. So we wanted to board a flight, Kolu couldn’t find his passport. I said okay Kolu just calm down and find everywhere for your passport. Okay you didn’t see it, we needed to communicate this to the immigration but instead Kolu go dey fight,” she said.
Candy Bleakz further stated that she tried to intervene and de-escalate the situation, urging him to remain calm and cooperate with the officials. However, her efforts were unsuccessful, as Kolu reportedly refused to listen and continued to argue, leading to his arrest and detention.
“I told Kolu to calm down, he did not listen. He thought it was Nigeria. He has been taken to the station. I have been at the station since morning trying to communicate with them because I don’t want them to return Kolu to Nigeria through deportation because it’s going to have a negative effect on his passport,” she added.
