Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has issued a firm and thought-provoking warning as the New Year begins, making it clear that she will no longer tolerate disrespect in any form. The outspoken movie star shared the message via her Facebook page and Instagram story, outlining strict boundaries regarding brand partnerships, personal associations, and professional engagements.

According to Dikeh, she will no longer associate with or promote individuals or brands that align with platforms or people who are hostile or disrespectful toward her, her faith, or her spiritual leadership. She emphasized that moving forward, intentionality would guide every professional decision she makes.

“This year, I will be very intentional about the brands and individuals I choose to support. I will not associate with or promote anyone who aligns with people or platforms that are hostile or disrespectful toward me, God of my Pastor,” she wrote.

The actress stressed that respect is non-negotiable, adding that she would not contribute to the growth or visibility of any brand that fails to value, honour, or protect her person and her work.

“Respect is non-negotiable. I will not contribute to the growth of any brand that doesn’t value, honour, or protect my person and my work,” Dikeh stated.

She further advised brands and individuals seeking her endorsement to reflect honestly before approaching her. “Before approaching me for promotional support, please be guided. Take a moment to reflect and ask yourself: Have I genuinely supported her, and do I accept this request?” she added.

Tonto Dikeh also addressed event invitations, making it clear that professionalism is key. She explained that she does not handle business matters personally and that her appearance at events is strictly based on agreed professional terms. “Unless we share a close personal relationship, which is very rare, please do not extend event invitations without first acknowledging and discussing my appearance fee with my management,” she said.

In a separate Instagram post, the actress made a passionate spiritual call to Christians, urging them to strengthen their prayer lives and remain open to divine miracles. In an emotional declaration, Dikeh revealed the depth of her personal battles.

“I am fighting for my life, my destiny, my child, and my generation,” she wrote, calling on believers to remain steadfast in faith.
