Drama has erupted once again in the ongoing saga involving controversial Nigerian singer Portable and his baby mama, Honey Berry, as she publicly called him out over what she described as false claims and repeated name-drops. In a strongly worded reaction making rounds online, Honey Berry dismissed allegations that the singer sends her ₦200,000 weekly for their son and his birthday, describing the claim as outright fabrication.
According to her, “You said you are sending me 200k every week for my son and my son birthday like bro are you mad why did you like lying about me?” She further warned that she would not hesitate to release private messages if pushed, stating, “I give you just a minutes to reply my message in your DM before i post how u use to call and beg me to forgive you that u want me back.”
The visibly upset mother questioned why she continues to be dragged into disputes that have nothing to do with her, especially amid issues involving the singer’s wife. “Who did you think you are dealing with and how many times have I tell you not be mentioning my name if you're having beef with your wife’s? Must you mention my name? Are you mad?” she asked.
Honey Berry also made a startling allegation involving a woman identified as Bewaji, claiming Portable once blamed her for marital instability. “This Bewaji you are talking about, you even spoil her for me… you said she’s the one that don’t want any of your wife to stay with you,” she alleged.
Expressing frustration over public perception, she added, “You just want people to be looking at me like a bad person.” Emphasizing her desire for peace, Honey Berry noted that she has deliberately withdrawn from social media to focus on her wellbeing and that of her child. “Me and you no dey talk so what is now my own,” she said, insisting she wants no further association with the singer.
She concluded with a firm plea to bloggers and fans: “Please, if anybody want to repost anything, don’t add my pic or my son pic… I just want peace of mind.
