Popular streamer and content creator, Peller, has opened up on a painful life lesson he learned following the tragic accident involving Nigerian-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua, in Ogun State.
The accident, which claimed the lives of two of Joshua’s close foreign friends, left a lasting impact on Peller and reshaped how he views life, pressure and personal struggles
.
In a video currently making the rounds on social media, Peller shared a moment of deep reflection as he recalled how events unfolded on the day of the fatal crash. According to him, what struck him the most was not just the tragedy itself, but the way life continued normally around it.
He revealed that on the same day news broke about the accident, Nigeria still went ahead to play its scheduled football match, with fans cheering and activities continuing as usual. That moment, he said, hit him hard and forced him to confront a harsh but honest truth about life.
“The day Anthony Joshua and his friends had an accident, Nigeria still played their match,” Peller said. “Na that time I know say, ‘Jesus, this life goes on.’”
The streamer explained that it made him realise that no matter how painful or devastating something is to an individual, the world does not pause.
People will still go to work, businesses will open, football matches will be played, and life will move on whether someone is okay or not.
According to Peller, the realisation changed his entire mindset. It taught him that while pain is real and grief is valid, everyone must eventually find a way to heal, stand back up and keep pushing forward, because the world will not wait.
He added that the lesson helped him better understand pressure and personal struggles, noting that no one is immune to hardship. To him, life demands resilience, even when things fall apart.
The reflection comes amid a difficult period for the content creator, following an emotional live session on social media that sparked concern among fans. The live video was reportedly linked to an alleged relationship crisis between Peller and his ex-lover, Jarvis, which drew widespread reactions online.
Since the video surfaced, many social media users have shared their thoughts on his words. One commentator described the message as “deep and painfully true,” while another noted that it was a rare moment of honesty that many people needed to hear.
For some viewers, Peller’s words served as a reminder that life’s most powerful lessons often come unexpectedly, not through long motivational speeches but through sudden moments of clarity.
As Peller summed it up in his reflection, life goes on with or without us. And while tragedy can leave scars, the choice to rise, heal and move forward remains a personal responsibility.
The viral video continues to spark conversations online, resonating with many who have faced loss, heartbreak or moments where life seemed unfair but kept moving regardless.
