Nigerian activist and politician Omoyele Sowore has levelled serious allegations against Senator Ned Nwoko as the lawmaker’s ongoing marital issues with actress Regina Daniels continue to unfold.
In a recent post on social media, Sowore claimed he uncovered troubling actions allegedly taken against Regina. According to him, the Delta senator had not only intercepted her private phone conversations but was also preparing to leak intimate materials online.
Sowore stressed that the situation goes beyond the reported arrest of Regina’s brother, Samuel Ojeogwu, popularly known as Sammy West. He described it as part of a disturbing pattern involving the abuse of young girls and the manipulation of government agencies.
He wrote:
“The outcry surrounding Senator @nednwokoforsenate goes far beyond the unlawful detention of his now-estranged wife @regina.daniels’ brother, Samuel Ojeogwu ‘Sammy West’. What we are witnessing is part of a larger, troubling pattern involving the exploitation of underage girls across borders and the misuse of state power.”
He continued, saying he had highlighted long-standing issues of intimidation and rights violations:
“In this video, I break down the concerns about human rights violations, intimidation, and the questionable role of certain operatives within the now-disgraced @nigeriapoliceforce, who have repeatedly been accused of acting as private enforcers for this particular influential individual, @official_apcnigeria Senator @nednwokoforsenate.”
Sowore’s claims triggered mixed reactions online.
One user commented, “I pray this man not to lo.see his credibility on this matter.”
Another wrote, “So em dey plan am come tell you? Una go dey push agenda always.”
A third person said, “Oga rest,” while another added, “This guy no get work ni?”
Someone else remarked, “Agbako ni Daddy Ned yi. Obsession ni.”
This comes after Regina Daniels, a day earlier, described Ned’s love as “toxic.” She boasted about her s3xual abilities, claiming Ned remained faithful throughout their seven-year marriage because, as she put it, “as a Delta babe, I held him well in the other room.”
Regina further confessed that she hid behind the image of a wealthy man’s wife, calling herself “shamelessly proud,” as long as her reputation remained free of cheating allegations. She insisted that Ned never accused her of infidelity throughout their marriage.
She also revealed she had once gotten pregnant for him shortly before their wedding but terminated the pregnancy without her mother’s knowledge—an action Ned reportedly still resents.
Meanwhile, actress Doris Ogala hinted at the senator’s “wild s3xual fantasies,” saying she prayed never to marry a man who enjoys threesomes or encourages women-to-women encounters. She also alleged that a former BBN housemate once caught Ned sniffing substances.
Regina’s brother, Sweezy, added his own accusations, claiming Ned often turned his wives against each other. He alleged the senator attempted to get Regina and Laila pregnant at the same time, and when Regina refused, he “turned her into a druggie.”
Responding to Ned’s allegations that she was on drugs, Regina pointed out the hypocrisy, claiming he encouraged her to get high because he believed it made her “sexier, wild, and romantic.” She accused him of repeatedly forcing himself on her, confiscating her phones, locking her up, and branding her “mentally unstable” whenever she tried to leave the marriage.
