Reality TV star and disc jockey, Tolani Shobajo, popularly known as Tolanibaj, has revealed that she is ready to embrace a new phase of life marriage. 

The 31-year-old Big Brother Naija alumna said she no longer enjoys the nightlife and clubbing lifestyle that once brought her so much fun, stressing that she now craves something more meaningful.

Tolanibaj, who rose to fame during the BBNaija Lockdown season, shared her thoughts in a candid video broadcast via Snapchat. According to her, she has been forcing herself to keep up with the clubbing culture, even though it no longer excites her.

“I need to start being honest with myself. I no longer enjoy clubbing. I keep forcing it but I want to see if I can experience some kind of excitement,” she admitted. “I need excitement in my life. I’m tired of clubbing. I don’t want to be outside. What am I looking for outside if I have a partner? We can be outside together, maybe travelling.”

The DJ explained that she feels it is time to embrace a more stable and fulfilling lifestyle, one that includes companionship, love, and family. 

“I’m done clubbing. I don’t feel like pretending to be having fun in the club anymore. I think it’s time to get married,” Tolanibaj declared.

However, she admitted that the thought of marriage is intimidating. She described it as “a scary commitment,” acknowledging her uncertainty about whether she would enjoy it in the long term. “Marriage is a scary commitment,” she said, adding that she is unsure if she would still like it after being in it for some months.

Tolanibaj’s revelation has sparked conversations among her fans and social media users, many of whom admire her honesty about wanting more out of life.
