A logistics driver with Ronaldo Logistics Car Service has publicly accused popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels of owing him money for transportation services rendered.
In a video circulating online, the driver alleged that he provided car services for the actress and her friends over several days but was never paid for the job. He claimed that he used his Prado jeep to convey her on multiple occasions, including the night she reportedly had an issue with her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
According to the driver, he was contacted at midnight to provide his vehicle for a trip involving the actress, and he sent one of his drivers to handle it.
“Ronaldo Logistics Car Service, I’m based in Abuja doing my car hire service. Twelve days ago, someone called me at midnight to tell me that I should give him my Prado to take someone from Maitama, and I sent my driver to that place to see what was happening,” he narrated.
He continued, “My driver carried Regina Daniels to Katampe Extension. The person who contacted me provided me with money for two days, amounting to 150,000 per day. After two days, I told them I would stop the work, but they told me I shouldn’t and that I should talk to Regina, which I did. She told me to continue the job, as she is the one who will be paying.”
The driver explained that he and his team worked for nearly 10 days under the new arrangement, with Regina assuring him that payment would be made.
“I told her she would be giving my boys N30k out of the N150k for fuel, so my balance will be N120k. That’s how we have been working for almost 9 to 10 days,” he said.
Things reportedly took a turn when his driver informed him that Regina was preparing to travel to Lagos without settling the bill.
“My driver alerted me that Regina was about to leave, and I told him to hold her and collect his money. Unfortunately, before I could get to the airport, she had already entered her chartered jet on the private wings,” he recounted.
The driver claimed he confronted one of Regina’s friends, who had initially contacted him for the job, but she insisted that payment had already been sent.
“When I saw one of her friends, who had contacted me for the job, I informed her that I hadn’t been paid. She said they had sent it, and I told her to show me the receipts. I waited for two hours, and when I didn’t see the alert, I took the lady to the police station,” he said.
He alleged that when he finally managed to reach the actress through her friend, she threatened him for involving the police.
“When I was able to contact them through the lady, they blamed me for allowing the lady to miss her flight and started threatening me,” he said.
The claims come shortly after Regina Daniels revealed on social media that she had purchased a new home in Ikoyi, Lagos. Sharing photos of the luxurious property, she wrote that she needed “a roof over her head,” so she bought a house for herself and her family.
Days later, the actress returned to social media, sharing a video of herself and her friends boarding a private jet. In another post, she hinted at her confidence and resilience, saying that “even when the table turns on her, she will still be at the top.”
