Nollywood actress Doris Ogala has taken to social media to blast her colleague, Angela Okorie, for mocking fellow actress Regina Daniels over her alleged marital crisis and claims of domestic violence involving her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko.
Earlier reports revealed that Regina Daniels had allegedly cried out about being assaulted by her husband. In a viral clip that spread rapidly across social media, the young actress was seen surrounded by men as her brother, Sammy Daniels, intervened and confronted a group of thugs allegedly sent by Ned Nwoko. The tense video sparked widespread concern among fans and colleagues, with many calling for prayers and protection for the actress.
However, rather than showing sympathy, Angela Okorie reacted to the trending news by mocking Regina. Taking to her social media page, Angela sarcastically questioned if she was the one being “beaten in a Ferrari and a private jet,” an apparent reference to Regina’s luxurious lifestyle with her billionaire husband. Her statement was widely interpreted as mockery, given the sensitive nature of the issue.
Her comments did not sit well with actress Doris Ogala, who wasted no time firing back. In a lengthy post shared via her Instagram page, Doris condemned Angela’s attitude and described her as the “last person” who should ridicule anyone going through a difficult marriage.
“Angela, you are the last person to mock Regina. At least, allegedly, her husband beat her. In your own case, na you go still bring in men to knack for your matrimonial bed. Na you go still carry stick dey beat your husband. Dey chasing around. Stupīd fool,” Doris wrote.
The outspoken actress accused Angela of hypocrisy, claiming she had a history of infidelity and violence during her marriage. Doris also mocked her financial situation, alleging that Angela had once been evicted from her home for failing to pay rent.
“So na Gina wey suppose be your pikin u dey mock. I hear say na oyibo u dey run now. Try harder, so u go fit buy 1 car for yourself, so u can stop renting. Ode. Mumu, you couldn’t even pay your rent. Na throw dem throw your things before you manage to rent a house. Sha knack oyibo well ooo. Make them no throw your things out again. Bring it on… I’ll mess you up now. Mumu gal,” she added.
Not stopping there, Doris went on to share another post, calling out Angela’s alleged hypocrisy for trying to position herself as a “victim of domestic violence” while mocking someone else’s pain.
“Angela, shush about this, your domestic violence brouhaha. Now you are trying to play victim because I caught you right there. What about men who are facing domestic violence? What about your husband that you used to break his head up and down? Justice for Angela’s ex-husband. Mumu girl,” Doris ranted.
She continued by alleging that Angela’s ex-husband once fled their home “wearing only boxers” to escape her violent behavior.
“Man wear only boxers and run for his dear life till today. Tufia. You see that your manipulative nonsense won’t work today. Not while I am here. You can’t blow hot and cold at the same time. Now now now you were calling someone ojokokoro… next minute you don turn activist osonu motivational speaker. Mechionugi there. Wili wili,” she wrote.
The social media feud has since ignited heated conversations within the Nollywood community, with fans divided over who to support. While some backed Doris for defending Regina Daniels, others criticized her for airing private matters publicly and worsening an already sensitive issue.
