Ashabi, the girlfriend of controversial Nigerian singer Portable, has responded to critics who frequently question her relationship with the singer. In a recent Instagram post, the Yoruba actress addressed the backlash she faces for openly expressing her love for Portable.
The actress questioned whether a man who doesn’t want to be “kept” can be forced into a relationship. Expressing gratitude for her partner, she wrote:
> “Any small thing, you Dey force love ni yenyenyen. Can u keep a man that doesn’t want to be kept? Thank GOD for the blessing of my man, I’m grateful.”
