Popular Nigerian nightlife promoter and businessman, Cubana Chief Priest, has once again sparked conversations on social media after throwing a direct shade at his alleged Kenyan baby mama, Hellen Ati.

The Imo-born celebrity barman, whose real name is Pascal Okechukwu, addressed the lingering paternity scandal during a recent event, where he dismissed the claims that he fathered a child in Kenya.

In a viral video circulating online, Cubana Chief Priest could be heard insisting that some people deliberately “positioned” a baby for him in Kenya in an attempt to siphon his wealth. Speaking boldly before a cheering crowd, he said:

“Na una position baby for me for Kenya. Una wan chop inside my money. You go do video tire…”

His remarks appeared to be a direct response to the controversies surrounding his alleged relationship with Hellen Ati, a Kenyan lady who publicly accused him of fathering her child. The matter has attracted widespread debate across social media platforms, with critics questioning why the celebrity has consistently denied responsibility.

Despite the woman’s claims, Cubana Chief Priest has maintained his stance, arguing that the allegations were orchestrated to exploit him financially. He insisted that his critics can make as many videos as they like, but he would not give in to what he described as a plot to blackmail him.

Reactions have since poured in from Nigerians online, with many offering mixed opinions on the matter. One social media user, identified as joy.c.obi, queried: “Wetin stop the woman from doing the DNA herself and presenting proof to the media?” This sentiment was echoed by others who believe that a DNA test would settle the controversy once and for all.

Another commenter, chalzani, expressed frustration over the ongoing drama, urging Cubana Chief Priest to take responsibility if the child indeed belongs to him. He wrote in a mix of English and Pidgin: “Helen soon – Paskal Okochuku! Kam end do the dee’eney! Ogun go keeprai you! Ama Kenyan wuman! Ah go drag dat ya nyash until yu Kam end take responsibility for ya san.”

While some internet users expressed doubt over the woman’s claims, others were convinced that the baby might truly be Cubana Chief Priest’s. A user named therealstellamaris asked bluntly: “Who else believes the baby is his?” On the other hand, another, identified as _Callmeprettie, lamented: “My husband can’t be embarrassing me like this.”

The controversy between Cubana Chief Priest and Hellen Ati has been ongoing for months, and it continues to fuel heated debates across Nigeria and beyond. For many, the key resolution lies in a DNA test, which would either confirm or dispel the paternity claims once and for all.

For now, the flamboyant businessman remains unbothered, turning the scandal into a laughing matter during public outings. His most recent comments only reinforce his position that the allegations are nothing more than an attempt to “chop” his money.
