Veteran Nollywood actor Adeola Shoremi, popularly known as Baba Lanko, has opened up about his turbulent marriage to fellow entertainer Atinuke Kazeem, famously called Mama No Network.
The couple, who tied the knot in a star-studded wedding in 2014 featuring a performance by Fuji legend Pasuma Wonder, experienced a marriage marked by violence, according to Baba Lanko.
In a candid interview with Feelrightnews on September 1, 2025, Baba Lanko revealed that his ex-wife once attacked him with a cutlass, leaving him with permanent injuries.
“This is a finger injury I sustained, which left it bent, due to repeated fights with her,” he recounted, highlighting the extent of the physical altercations.

“The apprentice who was brought to me by my ex-wife is currently my wife, and she has given birth to four children. We’re living fine,” he stated during the September 1 interview.
