Nollywood actress Kehinde Bankole is in a celebratory mood as she marks two decades of an illustrious career in the entertainment industry. 


Taking to Instagram, the multiple award-winning star shared stunning new photos alongside a heartfelt message where she reflected on her journey and the blessings she has enjoyed.


According to Kehinde, the past 20 years have been filled with “lights, camera, and unforgettable moments” that shaped her both on stage and on screen. She expressed deep appreciation to God, her family, colleagues, fans, and everyone who has contributed to her growth in the film industry.


“Over 20 years of lights, camera and unforgettable moments on stage! From stage to screen, every chapter made possible by GOD and You,” she wrote. 


She went on to thank her loved ones, her fan base, WAPTV, and every director and producer who believed in her. Kehinde noted that their support gave her the opportunity to shine and live out her dreams.


The actress also extended gratitude to the award industry, investors, and genuine individuals who have played roles in refining her craft. “You all made this dream possible and let me shine. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!” she added.


Kehinde looked regal in her anniversary photoshoot, wearing a custom-made outfit by Glamgirl_bysefiya, with photography handled by Thomfelix Concept. She described the milestone as “overdue” and cheered on to the next chapters of her career with optimism and excitement.

Just last year, Kehinde won the prestigious Best Lead Actress Award at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) for her role in the film Adire. The victory was widely celebrated in the industry, with veterans and colleagues hailing it as long overdue.


Veteran actor Jide Kosoko praised her hard work, stating that the recognition was well deserved and encouraging her to keep shining.
