Nigerian music star Davido has been confirmed as one of the performers for Coachella 2026, making him the only Nigerian artist featured in the highly anticipated festival’s lineup.
The announcement, made on Tuesday, cements Davido’s growing global influence, as Coachella is widely regarded as the world’s most iconic music festival.
The 2026 edition will run across two weekends — April 10–12 and April 17–19 — in Indio, California. Joining Davido as headliners are international heavyweights Justin Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, and Anyma, all returning Coachella veterans.
In reaction to the news, Davido’s wife, Chioma, took to her Instagram story to share a screenshot of the official poster, decorating it with crying and fire emojis to express her pride and excitement.
