Big Brother Naija Season 10 delivered another surprise on Monday as Thelma Lawson emerged victorious in the challenger games to become Head of House for Week 7, cutting short Faith’s brief time in power.

The contest saw Thelma outperform fellow housemates Koyin, Jason Jae, Kaybobo, and Faith to secure the top spot, barely 24 hours after Faith had been crowned HoH.

With her win, Thelma exercised her privilege by naming Mide as both her deputy and house guest. When asked by Biggie, “Who will be your house guest?” she replied, “Mide.” Biggie then announced to the house, “Housemates, you all know that delay isn’t denial, from one night in the HoH lounge to the full week. Congratulations, Head of House Thelma Lawson.”

Her new position grants her immunity from eviction, exclusive use of the HoH lounge, and the authority to influence the flow of activities and decisions within the house for the rest of the week.
