Yinka Theisen, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has taken to social media to issue a strong warning to May Edochie, accusing her of enabling online harassment.

In posts shared on her Facebook and Instagram pages, Yinka alleged that some of May’s supporters filed a petition to her workplace, accusing her of “bullying a suicidal woman” in a bid to have her sacked. She described the move as “absurd” and claimed these individuals went as far as attacking her children, sharing her personal phone number, and targeting her after she retaliated.

According to Yinka, the online trolling intensified until Linc publicly confirmed their separation, which she believes was done to appease May’s fanbase. Declaring that she would not be intimidated, Yinka insisted that the cyberbullying was ongoing and directly linked May to it. She also threatened legal action if the harassment persisted.

“A bunch of women wrote a petition to my employers that I was bullying a suicidal woman who is not suicidal at all, just to get me fired. How absurd. A bunch of brainless, unintelligent, insane women. You attacked my kids. I shared my number, and when I shared your leader’s phone number, I became a target. Kept pushing till Linc Edochie announced a break-up to please all of you. I am not a coward & the silly cyberbullying still continues. May Yul Edochie, I am warning you publicly for the last time, leave me alone!!!!”

Reiterating her position, she added:

“I am publicly warning May Yul Edochie for the last time. If you don’t desist from your actions, I will start legal proceedings. Enough is enough.”

Yinka and Linc tied the knot in June 2025. Soon after, she openly expressed support for Yul Edochie and his second wife, Judy Austin—something that angered many of May’s supporters.

In July, Linc distanced himself from Yinka following her online clashes with May’s fans. In a public statement, he said he did not support her attacks on May or the act of sharing her phone number online, noting that such actions triggered “meaningless retaliation.” He added that “it is better to be alone and at peace than to be in a union filled with landmines.”

Responding to his remarks, Yinka said she was hurt that the man she loved could “throw her under the bus” out of fear. She stated that since he had publicly embarrassed her, she would respond in kind.

In her first interview on the matter, Yinka claimed she felt abandoned by the Edochie family because she is Yoruba. She also denied allegations that she leaked the family’s phone numbers. Furthermore, she accused veteran actress Rita Edochie of pretending to side with May while allegedly stirring trouble for her behind the scenes.
