Week 5 in the Big Brother Naija house took an unexpected turn, as all housemates were spared from eviction.

The dramatic moment came when Rooboy, the current Head of House, drew a trinket card that read “Nullify nominations,” instantly cancelling all votes cast by the housemates.

Prior to this twist, housemates had made their nominations in the diary room, with Thelma Lawson, Faith, Tracy, Zita, and Ivatar topping the list. Rooboy’s decision, however, gave everyone a reprieve, keeping all 22 contestants in the running for the N150 million grand prize.
