Big Brother Naija 10/10 housemate, Victory, has explained why he’s yet to fully commit to a romantic relationship with fellow housemate, Gigi Jasmine, despite her open show of interest.
During a private conversation on Sunday night, Victory told Gigi Jasmine that while he genuinely likes her, he’s being cautious because he doesn’t want to repeat his father’s mistakes. He said he’s taking his time to process his feelings and ensure he’s not rushing into something he might later regret.
“I really do like you. You’re such a sweet soul. I’m just trying to know what I’m doing because you can actually think you know what you’re doing but you don’t know what you’re doing…” he said.
“I’m trying not to make my father’s mistake but I keep making the same mistakes over and over again,” Victory added.
Gigi Jasmine had earlier opened up to Victory about her feelings, but he has remained reserved, choosing to slow down and reflect before taking any steps toward a relationship.
