Popular Nigerian blogger and entertainer, Tunde Ednut, has stirred reactions online after subtly shading music superstar, Wizkid, in response to a fan’s question.
The ex-singer turned blogger was asked by a netizen when he plans to acquire a private jet like his friend, Davido. The curious fan wrote:
“When you go buy your own Tunde.”
Replying, Tunde Ednut mentioned Wizkid in his response, saying:
“After Wizkid by God’s grace.”
His statement immediately triggered mixed reactions, as many social media users accused him of trying to drag Wizkid into unnecessary drama.
Some of the comments under the post read:

@temi.herself: “Wizzy lives rent free for una head cos wetin bring him name to this conversation.”

Other users simply dropped short reactions like “Good”, “Agbaya”, and “Werey.”
Wizkid vs. Tunde Ednut – A History of Clashes
This isn’t the first time Tunde Ednut and Wizkid’s names have crossed paths. In 2024, during Wizkid’s online clash with Davido, the Grammy-winning star had also thrown shade at Tunde. When a fan reminded him about Tunde Ednut’s constant jabs, Wizkid replied that the blogger “needed deliverance from Chosen church” and further stated that he “doesn’t diss disables.”
Similarly, back in 2021, Tunde sparked outrage after referring to Wizkid as his “younger brother” while praising the singer’s performance at an international show. Many fans saw it as an attempt to belittle the Starboy Entertainment boss.
